Job Summary
The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for all assigned tasks relating to fleet inventory control, including assisting with fleet inventory tracking within the support center, field operations and a potential for performing field audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Essential Job Duties
Support the operations and maintenance of motor vehicles and associated equipmentSupport allocation of fleet throughout regionsMonitor assigned drivers for compliance of government and company requirements, including license and registrationIdentify and resolve scheduling opportunities through timely communication with customers and driversIdentifies and communicate polices on fleet van usageEnsure incoming vehicles are accurately recorded into the fleet management systemPerforms daily, end of the month, end of the quarter, cycle, and physical counts of inventoryAssists in developing solutions to specific problem areasEnsure ongoing inventory accuracyEnsures compliance with inventory processes and proceduresDemonstrates company culture and core valuesOther duties as assignedSkill/Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age.Must have a valid driver's license and pass MVR check.Excellent communication skillsMust be able to effectively research payments from customers and coordinate with other lines if appropriateHigh attention to detailMust be able to work independentlySufficient in MS Office 365
