The Sales and FP&A Analyst will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting sales and financial data to support informed decision-making. This position provides a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic planning, optimize sales and financial processes, and work cross-functionally with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Performance Analysis:

Collect and analyze sales data to assess performance against targets, identify trends, and highlight areas for improvement. Prepare reports offering insights into customer behavior, market dynamics, and product performance.Financial Modeling and Forecasting:

Assist in developing and maintaining financial models for projecting sales, revenue, and financial outcomes. Support annual budgets and periodic forecasts aligned with sales insights.Variance Analysis:

Perform variance analysis to compare actual sales and financial results against forecasts and budgets, identifying discrepancies and suggesting corrective actions.Departmental Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team to understand market conditions and customer needs. Collaborate with the FP&A Manager and Business Strategy & Operations Analyst to align sales objectives with financial goals.Reporting and Insights:

Generate regular financial and sales reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, to support strategic decision-making. Provide insights that help guide resource allocation and strategic initiatives.Ad Hoc Analysis:

Conduct ad hoc analyses to support specific business questions or strategic projects, combining sales and financial data to offer a holistic performance view.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field

• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and financial modeling

• Experience in sales analysis, financial planning, or related fields, preferably within a manufacturing context

• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data in a clear and actionable manner
