Job SummaryThe Donor Advisor cultivates a portfolio of 150 to 200 donors with major gift capacity for all Hope Media Group brands. The Donor Advisor plans and implements Individual Development Plans with each portfolio donor or prospect. IDPs include matching donors' passions and interests with brands, projects and initiatives at Hope Media Group; care for the donor; donor communications and impact reporting; gift solicitations with individual donors, foundations, and corporations; and nurturing a life of generosity in each donor. The Donor Advisor is attentive to donor's spiritual needs, while helping their team to do the same. The Donor Advisor prays with donors as needed. Hope Media Group the home of KSBJ, WayFM, Vida Unida and NGEN radio. This position resides in West Palm Beach, FL.Essential Functions

Portfolio Stewardship:

Engages, shepherds, and solicits a portfolio of qualified donors in support of all Hope Media Group brands and programsContributes to the formation and development of the Stewardship Division's strategic goals and annual plansCreates annual Individual Development Plans to cultivate portfolio donors and integrating moves strategies to upgrade gifts and eventually motivate transformational givingBuilds and stewards relationships with portfolio donorsIdentifies, cultivates and solicits prospective donorsCreates, maintains, and updates complete donor data in CRMEngages with donors in a variety of ways to identify specific donor HMG brand interest(s) and build connection to other HMG brandsResponds to and resolves donor requests and inquiries promptly and professionallyInvites, hosts and follows up with donors with HMG events including galas, gatherings and concertsProvides ongoing spiritual care to portfolio, including praying with donors on phone calls and in-person as appropriateWorks with President, Chief of Development, Senior Vice President of Stewardship and leadership team members to coordinate meetings with major donorsSeeks and creates opportunities to deepen donor experiences with Hope Media Group brandsInspires donors during experiences such as tours of Hope Media Group campus and studiosAttends events such as breakfasts, galas, sports competitions, rodeos, vision trips, and pre-concert dinners to engage with donors and prospects (requires early mornings, some evenings and some weekends.)Campaign Development:

Contributes to major donor appeals, solicitation proposals, newsletters, and other supporting literatureSupports New Donor team with pledge drives, especially as related to major donor solicitationCollaborates with Marketing, Programming, Production, Prayer and other departments to ensure consistent branding and communicationPromotes with all campaigns, including Capital CampaignsHelps plan and execute major donor events and other experiencesDemonstrated Faith:

Education:

Bachelor's DegreeExperience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in development/fundraising for non-profit organizationsDemonstrated success in securing major giftsExperience in creating planned giving strategies and programsExperience with capital campaignsKnowledge of the local or regional environment and major influencers, a plusKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
