POSITION SUMMARYProvide after school services to support student learning and development including academic enrichment, tutoring, mentoring, homework help, as well as music, arts, sports, and cultural activities.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES21st CCLC classroom staff will display a joy of teaching as an intellectual professionMaintain an atmosphere conducive to learningAdhere to goals and objectives of the 21st CCLC program which includes increased participant academic achievementProvide classroom and/or tutoring assistanceMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of core academic subject assignedGeneral knowledge of curriculum and instructionAbility to instruct students and manage their behaviorStrong organizational, communication and interpersonal skillsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent orAn Associate's degree or higher degree orAt least two years of study at an institution of higher educationAny equivalent combination of training, education that meets minimum requirement
EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION
$30.00 per hour (Support & Certitied)1-2 hours per day1-5 days a week
