Quality Assurance ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Quality Assurance Manger to lead and elevate our quality efforts across all manufacturing sites and customer engagements. This role is crucial in driving a proactive, customer-focused approach to quality management. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who is confident in critical conversations and committed to advancing quality initiatives throughout the organization. They will serve as a strategic partner to sales and operations, ensuring that quality is an integral part of all business decisions.Location: This position is based onsite at Seats Incorporated in Reedsburg, Wisconsin Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive quality strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.Lead a cultural shift towards proactive quality management, ensuring quality is at the forefront of all decisions.Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate quality into the overall business strategy.Oversee the quality assurance processes across all manufacturing sites, ensuring consistency, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.Develop and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures to meet or exceed customer expectations.Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, improve efficiency, and enhance overall product quality.Act as the primary quality liaison with customers, ensuring their requirements and expectations are consistently met.Travel to customer sites and manufacturing locations to understand quality concerns firsthand and provide solutions. This position requires approximately 20% travel.Lead quality discussions with customers, proactively addressing issues before they become critical.Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure quality requirements are clearly defined and met in all customer engagements.Drive the organization to anticipate and address potential quality issues rather than responding reactively.Provide guidance and support to manufacturing teams to implement best practices in quality management.Develop and manage key quality metrics, providing regular reports to the president and senior leadership team.Analyze quality data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation.Ensure that all quality issues are tracked, analyzed, and resolved in a timely manner.Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications.Lead the company through any necessary quality audits or certifications, ensuring full compliance.Stay current with industry trends and best practices, and implement necessary changes to keep the company at the forefront of quality management.
