Insite Property Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Porter to provide cleaning support at one of our apartment communities in Downtown Seattle.

Responsibilities

Cleaning of interiors of buildings, which include:LobbiesHallwaysElevatorsStairwellsGlass- doors & windowsFloorsCleaning the exterior of buildings, which includes:SidewalksWalkwaysDrivewaysGaragesFlowerbedsGlass- doors & windowsAdditional responsibilities include Disposing of trash & recyclable itemsQualifications

Some knowledge of job tools such as Cleaning tools and solutionsMust be able to work well in a team as well as individuallyMust be able to follow directionsMust communicate real-time issues with their assigned buildingsMust be able to follow a set schedule and adapt to changes in that scheduleMust have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and vehicle liability insuranceMust be physically capable of completing all aspects of the jobMust be a reliable, motivated, professional, and organized individualAdditional Compensation:
