What will I do:

Reporting to the President, the Senior Vice President of Business Operations is responsible for overseeing the entire organizational sales strategy (caregiver and client focused), driving operational growth to ensure increased profitability and customer retention. The right candidate has experience leading high-performing delivery teams, managing operating capabilities, and shaping company policies or procedures. They combine business and management expertise to meet short-term and long-term goals and generate revenue. Through the development of effective sales and delivery strategies, identification of KPIs, and an analytical approach to data metrics measurement, the SVP of Business Operations can forecast detailed annual sales targets and define period-based goals to achieve them. This person must also have in-depth knowledge and understanding of our industry, our market, and our competitors to create a distinct DV for our organization in the healthcare staffing industry.

Day in the Life:Collaborate with the Leadership Team members to set and drive company vision, operational strategy, hiring needs, and financial reports.Design and execute sales operations and strategies to lead LRS to accelerated growth.Monitor the market and competitor products and activitiesReview customer activity, anticipate consumer needs and improve customer satisfactionSecure business strategy to drive sustainable growth by assessing and implementing new tools and practices to improve employee and organizational efficiency.Identify process improvements and adoption & usage of sales technologies.Establish quotas for the sales teams and drive results around established KPIs (Revenue, Growth, Headcount).Oversee all delivery operations and employee productivity, ensuring geographically distributed sales talent groups are successful in professional development and coaching.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, clients, and board members.Prepare and speak fluently to accurate sales performance reports on a period, quarterly and annual basis.Identify workforce planning gaps and develop hiring initiatives that align to growth projections.Control sales budget and costs; implement practices prevent financial losses.Collaborate with Operational leaders (Compliance, HR, Finance, Clinical, and Talent) to ensure cross-functional success.Establish policies that reinforce company culture.Represents the Company in the community or via involvement in committees, charitable organizations, and events.Who Am I:

You will lead the way.Previous experience with scaling a sales organization that is built around client and clinician engagement.Demonstrates a highly analytical skill set that can curate and navigate complex data.Ability to analyze market opportunities, trends, and disruptions and determine actionable plans that adjust our sales strategy as necessary.Proven ability to strategically align diverse delivery teams across varied divisions to standard practices and goals.In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.A thorough understanding of various compensation models with proven success in building, supporting, and implementing.Experience working with Product Innovation or Solutions teams to continuously build efficiencies for sales production.Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to adhere to firm deadlines.Excellent communication, customer service, critical thinking, and conflict management skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality of information and comply with policies and procedures as outlined.

My Team:

This position is responsible for direct management/leadership of all delivery team members, to include both the caregiver teams and the client team. Your team is made up of client managers, account managers, and recruiters that all work together to grow opportunities with our clients and our clinicians.
