Position :
Senior Practice Administrator
Reports To : Chief Executive Officer
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Undertake day-to-day management of center operations with office manager team and in coordination with chief medical officer and medical directors.Supervise administrative and clinical staff including office managers.Work with providers as well as administrative and clinical staff to ensure quality of patient care and patient satisfaction.Participate in human resource process including management of center staffing requirements including oversight of scheduling, maintenance of administrative and clinical staff labor costs and conduct/oversight of training and evaluations.Assist and coordinate with marketing department by participating in various community and outreach activities.Engage with medical billing and coding team to review processes from front desk registration, through treatment to interface with payment realization.Assist and coordinate with marketing by developing and implementing processes with each center to deliver upon existing and newly contracted services.Requirements
Minimum five years of management in a clinical setting, preferably including experience in an urgent care or walk-in practice.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent communication skills.Excellent patient and team skills.Epic EMR knowledge preferred but not required
