Must-Have Skills & Experience: Middleware Engineering:
5+ years of experience in Middleware Engineering. Middleware Products:
Experience with at least one of the following: IIS, .NET Framework, WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat, Apache, Spring Boot, JBoss. Operating Systems:
Proficiency in both Linux and Windows operating systems. Java/Container Framework:
Experience with Java development and container frameworks (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Scripting:
Experience with at least one scripting language: shell, Python, PowerShell, Jython, or Perl. Release & Deployment:
Experience with one or more of the following tools: Ansible, Ansible Tower, XLR, Bitbucket, Celestial. DevOps:
Experience with DevOps practices and tools. Nice-to-Have Skills:
Java/J2EE:
3+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development. Other Middleware Products:
Experience with Appian or Software AG webMethods. Additional Tools:
Familiarity with BMC Remedy, Harmon mDeliver, or BMC BladeLogic Server Automation. Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain middleware solutions to support enterprise applications. Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize middleware platforms. Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth application deployment and integration. Monitor and maintain the health and performance of middleware systems. Automate deployment and configuration management tasks using scripting and DevOps tools. Provide technical support and guidance to application teams.
