The Manufacturing Assembler is responsible for the assembly of specialized mechanical and hydraulic equipment.
Skills & AbilitiesEducation: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Hydraulic/Mechanical experience an asset.
Experience: Basic mechanical abilities to work in shop area and yard locations as needed.
Other Requirements: Must maintain a valid driver's license and meet minimum insurance standards, successfully pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen.
DutiesDrive company equipment as needed, including light truck, UTV, Forklift, Telehandler and operate overhead crane and lifting equipment.
Utilize hand tools, power tools and other assembly equipment as needed
Inspect form, fit and function of assemblies to ensure they meet company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Ensure all assembly processes are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
Read and comprehend written instructions/parts lists and simple schematics.
Other projects as assigned by management.
