Description
Due to continuing growth, our team is seeking a Senior Tax Manager who has an entrepreneurial spirit and knows how to get things done. In addition to the traditional roll-up your sleeves tax review and client advisory, the role requires a strong sense of entrepreneurship, strategy, and management. We rely heavily on our local leadership team in each office to develop and execute the firm's vision.

We currently have 28 offices in 11 States with much more growth on the horizon. What you will do:
Work with and support the firm's Director in leading and managing the local teamBecome a primary point of contact for clients from retiring partnersServe as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for new clientsWork with the firm's executive team and Director to develop and execute the firm's growth initiatives, product, and services offering and operational strategiesReview and manage individual, business (c-corps, s-corps, and partnerships) and trust tax return engagementsLead firm's consulting and advisory efforts in the regionLead and manage staff in areas of research, training, and developmentWhat we look for:
7 - 12 years of experience preparing and reviewing individual, corporate, partnership and estate tax returnsBachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferredCPA or EA certification requiredDirect experience managing staff and client relationshipsExcellent communication and attention management skillsProprietor mentality and work ethicEntrepreneurial minded with an interest in strategy and operationsWhat we offer:
