Job DescriptionAtlas Advisors, LLC (ATLAS) is looking for a qualified and motivated Proposal Manager that will support multiple, concurrent task order proposals for the Business Development team across multiple government agencies, to include DoD, DoS, USSOCOM, etc. The selected candidate must display exceptional teamwork, flexibility, attention to detail, and organizational skills. They must be able to meet short deadlines and understand the proposal process.

PROPOSAL MANAGER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to obtain a SECRET clearanceB.A./B.S. with 3 to 5 years of experience in proposal managementDemonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, deadline driven organizationFluency with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and experience using Google Suite products (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms, Gmail, etc.)Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to manage geographically disparate teamsAbility to work to meet deadlines (nights, weekends, and holidays at times)Ability to develop and/or assist technical and capture personnel in developing compelling themes, discriminators, and messagingAbility to work well both in a team and independentlyDemonstrated experience in proposal writing covering all typical solicitation sections (e.g., Management, Technical, Staffing)PROPOSAL MANAGER DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's Degree in English, other directly related disciplineProposal management certification (Association of Proposal Management Professionals, company internal certification, other)Considered a Subject Matter Expert in Proposal ManagementBenefits
