About this Position / Responsibilities
Financial Management & Accounting - Minimum six years of recent experience managing budget and projections for multi-year project; experience in accounting.Project Management and Budgeting Experience: Minimum six years of recent experience with project management and/or program managementAdministrative Tasks - Has coordinated all administrative duties related to project budget including resource (staff and contractor) time tracking, resource projections, and project planningPurchases - Manages software and hardware purchases for multi-year projectData Visualization and Charts - Creates budget related charts to show budget vs. actuals and burn down ratesQualifications
Experience managing budget and future projections for software projectsExperience managing how budget impacts project scope and timelinesExperience analyzing financial data to identify root causes of trends and communicate those to project team and leadershipAccounting experienceExperience with administrative duties such as time-card collectionExperience with project management, project coordination, such as release planning and coordinating UAT with clientsExcellent listening, interpersonal, written and communication skillsExcellent analytical, and creative problem-solving skillsExcellent facilitation and collaboration skillsAnalytical thinking and problem solvingDetail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy in all work productsStrong customer service orientationAbility to understand and document business and business processesExperience with MS Project and Excel is requiredBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferredAgile, DevOps experience is preferredMinimum of six years related work experience
