Location : Philadelphia, PA.
Salary : $130k - $160k base + bonus

Responsibilities :
As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities for this position include:Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns, including income, sales, property, and other applicable taxesReview tax returns prepared by staff or external service providersDevelop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulationsStay updated on tax law and regulation changes to identify opportunities and risksCoordinate with the finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate tax provisions for financial reporting purposesAssist in preparing tax-related disclosures for financial statementsResearch complex tax issues and guide management or clients on the tax implications of business transactions, investments, and other activitiesSupervise and mentor tax staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
Must-Have Skills :CPA preferred or close to acquiringBachelors Degree5+ years experience in public accounting
