Job Purpose:
Assemble parts using a variety of tools and/or equipment according to required specification, processes and procedures in a Clean room Environment.
Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:
Perform epoxy and die eutectic attachment
Perform epoxy and substrate eutectic attachment.
Perform ribbon and wire bonding processes on a variety of machines
Perform mechanical assembly utilizing hand tools and equipment
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
5 to 7 years of assembly experience under a microscope
Read, understand and interpret drawing specifications and follow established procedures to assemble products.
Working under a microscope for 6 to 8 hours a day assembling microelectronics in a clean room environment.
Be part of a team to deliver quality products on time
This is an ITAR facility and applicant must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident.

Salary Range (annual): $49,920 - $67,000
