Working from our Ashburn, VA portfolio/office, we are seeking a highly motivated Property Management Intern to join our 2025 Summer Internship Program. KRG is a fast-paced environment and provides hands-on experience to develop skills needed to succeed in the REIT industry and the specific function relating to the internship. Interns will assist with a wide range of duties and will have the opportunity to interface with various business departments.
The Property Management department enhances NOI through better property operations as well as maintains the appearance, functionality, and logistics of all properties. Key traits of this department are proximity to properties, good communication with tenants, and communication with maintenance crews. The intern will be responsible for the following:
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, conversational, energetic, flexible, friendly, collaborative, able to excel in a team environment, innovative and eager to learn. Must be a full-time enrolled student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
