About the Role

The Senior Manager, Analytics & Revenue Operations will lead Roon's data-driven growth strategy by aligning advanced analytics with revenue operations. This hands-on leader will oversee a small but impactful team, including a Revenue Operations Manager and a dedicated analytics role, with the ultimate goal of creating a cohesive, insights-driven approach to customer acquisition, engagement, and retention that maximizes Roon's revenue potential. Reporting directly to the Director of Roon, the Senior Manager will deliver high-impact data insights, develop strategic models, and optimize operational processes that empower Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.

What You Will DoAnalytics & Insights : Lead and execute the development of data models, dashboards, and customer analytics to identify trends in acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value. Provide actionable insights to inform marketing campaigns, product improvements, and customer success initiatives.Customer Segmentation & Predictive Modeling : Create and manage customer segments and predictive models to forecast churn, conversion, and engagement, enabling targeted, data-driven marketing and retention strategies.Cross-Functional Data Strategy : Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure data-informed decision-making across teams, focusing on optimizing the customer journey and lifecycle management.Operational Process Optimization : Guide the Revenue Operations Manager in implementing efficient revenue processes, maintaining data quality, and improving CRM and other operational workflows. This includes making tech stack recommendations.Strategic Reporting : Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that communicate insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Regularly report on key metrics and make data-driven recommendations.Team Development & Alignment : Mentor and influence cross-functional team members, fostering a culture of data-driven insights and ensuring alignment with Roon's strategy and corresponding growth objectives.What You Need

Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.8+ years in analytics or revenue operations within a B2C environment, ideally in consumer tech, subscription services, or digital media; at least 2 years in a management capacity.Advanced proficiency in data analysis and predictive modeling tools (SQL, Tableau, Metabase) and experience in customer segmentation, user/product behavior analysis, and lifecycle optimization.Strong understanding of revenue operations best practices and CRM tools to support data quality and operational efficiency.Excellent communication skills for presenting insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.Experience mentoring teams and aligning analytics with revenue-focused goals.Proven track record of driving operational improvements across teams.An ability to drive and thrive in a fast-paced, elastic environment and manage ambiguity and competing priorities.An ability to take initiative, with a passion for delivering results.What's Nice to Have

Experience in the digital music streaming, subscription entertainment, and/or consumer technology sectors. Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) e-commerce experience would be highly valued.Experience working with platforms such as: outbound/marketing automation, CRM.Creating new and better ways for the organization to be successful. Adapting to change and engaging in continuous learning and critical thinking to promote the growth of the brands and the organization.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a commitment to quality assurance.What Makes You Eligible

Salary Ranges:

USD 122,250 - USD 179,300
