ACLS, BLS, DEA, and ATLS certifications
(required)Clean malpractice history and background (highly preferred)Must provide detailed availability including start date and coverage capability (required)Compensation:Holiday Pay:
1.5 times the regular rate for holiday hoursMalpractice Insurance:
Must be included in the ratesOrientation Rate:
Half of the hourly rate for any training beyond 8 hoursTravel and Lodging:Lodging:
