Responsibilities
Cloud Infrastructure Design and Implementation:
Design and implement AWS cloud-based solutions that are secure, scalable, and cost-efficient.
Design, deploy, and manage AWS infrastructure resources (IaaS and PaaS) including EC2, RDS, VPC, Subnets, NACLs, S3, Lambda, FSx, AWS Transfer Family, IAM, KMS, and Secret Manager.
Design, deploy, and manage Azure infrastructure resources (IaaS and PaaS) including VM's, Databases, Vnets, Subnets, and others.
Utilize Terraform for creating cloud resources and ensure infrastructure is provisioned as code.
Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
Security and Compliance:
Implement and manage AWS security best practices including IAM roles and policies, KMS, and Secret Manager.
Configure and manage AWS Single Sign-On (SSO).
Infrastructure Management:
Manage Windows and Linux servers, and Active Directory setup and management.
Oversee DNS management and user management.
DevOps and Automation:
Leverage DevOps tools like Jenkins and GitHub for CI/CD processes.
Deploy AWS and Azure cloud resources using Terraform and DevOps methodologies.
Network and Firewall Management:
Set up and manage Palo Alto firewalls for network security.
Additional Responsibilities:
Experience with AWS data services and Azure cloud as an added advantage.
Exposure to containerization technologies is a plus.
Utilize Datadog for monitoring (optional) and Prisma Cloud and Cloudability for cloud governance and cost management (optional).
Provide expertise in the pharmaceutical domain (preferred but not mandatory).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in AWS and Azure Cloud.
Proven experience in cloud architecture with a strong infrastructure background.
Extensive experience with AWS infrastructure resources and automation tools like Terraform.
Proficiency in setting up and managing Active Directory, DNS, and user management.
Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins and GitHub.
Experience in deploying and managing cloud resources in AWS and Azure.
Familiarity with Palo Alto firewall setup and management.
Pharmaceutical domain experience is an added advantage.
