Our Newest Opportunity:
Summary:
OneDigital is seeking a motivated team-player to join our Commercial Lines department as an Assistant Account Manager. This individual will work with Account Managers and Client Executives to service both new and existing accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) :
Complete New and Renewal policy checking for all accounts assigned, communicating any errors or premium increases to the Account Manager
Process received endorsements, check for accuracy, and send to client with clear explanation of change
Check and invoice premium audits. Send to client with clear explanation of additional or return premium
Assist with issuing Proofs of insurance (Binders, Evidence of insurance, Certificates, Auto ID cards)
Assist with claims processing and marketing as needed
Promptly responding to the Account Manager, clients, and carriers in a professional, courteous manner
Update the Epic agency management system to reflect accurate policy information at all times
All other duties and projects as assigned by Account Manager
Complete all tasks efficiently, in a timely fashion
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance coverage is preferred.
Experience with Microsoft office products including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Ability to navigate vendor websites and rating systems.
Ability to follow detailed workflows for processes within the Applied Epic agency management system.
Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
Ability to manage client needs and multiple tasks.
Strong respect for confidentiality and attention to detail.
Strong Time Management skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Education, Training and Experience:
A current Property and Casualty Insurance License is preferred however OneDigital is willing to assist with licensing for the right applicant.
A high school diploma, two years of college or two years experience in the insurance industry is preferred
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance.
