Summary
We are looking for a talented engineer to join our client's Water/Wastewater team, providing technical and design expertise in water infrastructure projects, including water treatment, distribution, wastewater collection, and pumping systems.
Job Responsibilities
- Leading design and technical support for water infrastructure projects, including water treatment, distribution, and wastewater systems
- Overseeing design and plan production as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Supervising construction projects, including field visits
- Managing support staff, project budgets, schedules, and ensuring quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) on all deliverables
- Staying informed on local, state, and federal requirements, and maintaining familiarity with municipal infrastructure plans
- Presenting project updates to clients and participating in client meetings, business development, and networking events

- A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, with Louisiana Professional Engineer (PE) certification or the ability to obtain it within 6-12 months
- 6+ years of progressive experience in water/wastewater project management and design
- Ability to manage multiple tasks across multiple projects, with a process-oriented approach and strong organizational skills

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); hydraulic modeling experience is a plus
