Primary Responsibilities:Conduct thorough candidate searches using various online platforms, databases, and networking channels.Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience to ensure alignment with specific job openings.Cultivate and maintain a strong network of industry professionals and contacts to facilitate candidate sourcing.Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their suitability for specific roles.Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview schedules.Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and formulate comprehensive recruitment strategies.Skillfully negotiate and finalize job offers, ensuring mutual benefit for both parties.Stay informed about industry trends and developments to remain abreast of market dynamics and evolving recruitment practices.
Qualifications:Demonstrated success in roles such as a talent acquisition specialist or recruitment consultant.Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including online databases, social media platforms, and professional networks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and align them with suitable job opportunities.Results-driven mindset, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.Strong time management and organizational abilities.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is a plus.
