ABOUT THE ROLE
As the
Senior Analyst, Supply Planning
you will be working with suppliers that are setup and running. In this position you will be accountable for delivering balanced, world class results across case fill, inventory & process metrics with demonstrated commitment to supply planning process excellence and lean/continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages an efficient MPS/DRP/MRP process for assigned technology(s), within respective regionDrives results through adherence to core supply planning processes and policiesOptimization of inventory and case fill, end to endDrives decisions & trade-offs to optimize the supply plan and communicates to stakeholdersDevelop constrained/feasible MPS/DRP/MRP plans over the aligned time horizon, via SAP & best practicesCross functional (& external) collaboration to maximize trade-offs across production, inventory & capacityMaster data ownership & complianceEscalate supply/inventory risk to the Supply Interface Manager & identify options to drive resolutionMeasure, analyze & communicate key process metricsMonthly inputs/capacity planning in support of Step 3 processMonthly root cause analysis of KPI's for their category/cluster - and identify/drive corrective actionsREQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
University/Bachelor's Degree required and 2 years of experience in supply chain (internships included), or an advanced degree and one year of experience in supply chain, OR, military experience considered in lieu of education requirement and 2 years of experience in Supply ChainQualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United StatesPREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
Experience in the CPG industrySAP experience/knowledge (planning related module)Kinaxis experienceAPICS certification, e.g., CSCP, CPIM, CLTDHigh level proficiency w/PC-based applications (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and/or Access)Demonstrated results working in a team-based, cross functional environmentProven organizational skills & ability to perform under pressure & manage priorities w/competing demandsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProcess improvement proficiency, e.g., root cause understanding, lean methodology, etc.Ability to work on a high-performing team in collaborative environmentQuantitative/qualitative analysis, including business process metrics & measures linking to business KPI'sJOB REQUIREMENTS
