Overview

Scope of Position:

The Coordinator, Residential Community - College Program seeks to support, encourage, and lead students through being present with them within their residential community. This role will lead through example and demonstrate authenticity, passion, joy, and personal commitment to following Christ.

Senior Director, WinShape College Program

Responsibilities

Oversees student gatherings and events, including managing the budget and providing training and oversight for student workersAssesses needs within the residential community environment by being regularly present and easily accessibleProvides content delivery and Biblical teaching at varying student events and gatheringsResponsible for supporting WinShape College leadership with a variety of College program eventsEffectively develops and creatively champions students through weekly meetings, dorm events, worship opportunities, and corporate student eventsParticipates in the interview, selection, & orientation process for student selectionContributes to the spiritual, mental, and emotional development of current college students through seeking to prioritize discipleship, mentorship, and authentic relationships with studentsQualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience3-5 years of ministry experience, preferably in a college ministry contextThis role requires gender-specific tasks that require female representatives. This includes:

Ability to interact with students within the living quartersDorm supervisionDelicate gender specific conversations with students and parents

Executes multiple projects simultaneouslySupervises others to maximize their potentialAbility to communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and in presentations to students and ministry leadersA self-professing Christ follower, actively involved in a Christian faith community and actively pursuing Christ on a consistent basisHas Biblically-centered theological convictions that are consistent with WinShape's beliefsMust be able to live on campus in assigned dormitory during employment
