Job Description:
As a Marketing Intern, you will support our management team with everyday marketing needs including event coordination, help with marketing materials, and assisting the sales department.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Event support: assist in planning and executing marketing events, including logistics, coordination with vendors, and on-site support.Marketing support: help design, proofread, and distribute marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, flyers, digital content, and other materials as needed.Administrative and sales support: maintain marketing and sales databases, track project timelines, support the sales team and assist with administrative duties as needed.Qualifications/requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Business Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or InDesign); preferably, familiarity with Google analytics and SEO tools.Excellent communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Previous experience in a marketing or administrative role is preferred but not required.Why RESMAN?
