Back End Engineer , you'll be part of a high-performing team in a 0-to-1 environment. You will play a critical role in building and refining the core backend architecture, focusing on robust and scalable systems. You'll collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to push the boundaries of machine learning and AI, ensuring every detail contributes to the bigger picture of revolutionizing modern networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Build, maintain, and optimize backend systems using Python, FastAPI, OpenAPI, and Postgres.Ensure efficient and scalable performance in cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform).Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless product functionality and rapid iterations.Play a key role in designing and implementing new features for AI-powered relationship management tools.Requirements:

3+ years of experience with Python, FastAPI, OpenAPI, Postgres, Docker, and Google Cloud Platform.Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for building products from the ground up (0 to 1).Detail-oriented while keeping a focus on the larger goal.Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.Experience working in fast-paced, high-impact environments.Nice-to-haves:

Experience working at a Fortune 500 company is a plus.Previous work in high-growth startups or tech giants like Tesla, Airbnb, Apple, or Google.Compensation & Benefits:
