The

Supply Chain Systems Analyst

supports all continuous improvement initiatives through data acquisition, data analysis, metrics development and reporting findings via Power BI visualization software. Analyzes large data sets for process optimization. Drives business results with data-based insights.

Essential Job Functions/Tasks:

Prepares, analyzes, and reports supply chain systems data needed to make sound decisions and process improvements with Power BI visualization software. Makes recommendations to the Management Team around forecasting, inventory, capacity, labor, and suppliers.Maintains records of all Global Supply Chain metrics and prepares and publishes regular reports for key stakeholders in the Power BI visualization application.Collaborates across functional groups to prevent disruptions leveraging available system solutions, and relationships, and escalating when appropriate.Serves as liaison with IT groups to drive issue resolution and enhancements. Provides communication and training on system and process enhancements.Performs data mining and data consolidation and summarizes information for all ad-hoc requests as needed. Provides guidance on capabilities and functionalities of visualization tools (primarily in Power BI) to viewers and other designers. Collaborates and mentors' other analysts for data visualization techniques, analytics dashboard design, and best practices.Investigates and recommends continuous improvement opportunities to improve processes, operational efficiency, and cost savings.Demonstrates and drives best practices as a system super user to optimize supply chain processes.Utilizes project management methodologies to support project teams working to drive optimizations and overall supply chain success.Cultivates and leverages relationships across multiple disciplines to resolve supply chain issues.

Education/Training Required and Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent years of work experience.

Experience Required and Preferred:

Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain.Experience with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and WMS/TMS applications. Hands on experience with data visualization using the Power BI application (or other visualization software), data mining and data analysis.

Ability to deploy continuous improvement initiatives with positive and measurable business results.Demonstrated knowledge in supply chain management, quality tools and problem solving, root cause analysis and analytical methods.Comprehensive knowledge of MPS/MRP principles and logic.Ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple systems.Demonstrated willingness to rapidly learn and solve complex issues.Strong project management experience and ability to work with all levels within the organization.Strong attention to detail with well-developed communication skills.Advanced proficiency with PowerBI visualization software and Microsoft Office suite.Strong project management skills with a focus on change management.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret large amounts of data.Demonstrated ability to work proactively and independently.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Familiarity with MS SQL, relational databases, and data lakes.Willingness to keep abreast of AI improvements and opportunities as they relate to ERP/WMS and TMS systems.Strong SQL acumen and experience with relational data sets and Quick Launch to feed PowerBI in creating impactful dashboards.

The salary for this opportunity ranges from $60,715 to $95,741

The Company complies with all federal/local/state regulations in regard to pay. The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Compensation offered to the successful candidate will be determined by qualifications, prior experience, other job-related factors, and geographic location.
