Title : Embedded Software Engineer Location : Minneapolis, MN Duration : 12 Months Job Description: Hybrid Position Developing and maintaining embedded software. Mentoring junior engineers. Collaborating with various engineering disciplines. Ensuring technical standards and customer requirements are met. Required Skills: C++ programming and object-oriented design. Unit testing and version control tools. Preferred Skills: Experience with communication protocols, device drivers, and real-time operating systems (e.g., VxWorks, Linux). Requirements analysis and traceability. Experience: Required: 4 years in real-time embedded software development, with 2 years in design and testing. Preferred: Architectural design experience with tools like Magic Draw, familiarity with NI TestStand, and knowledge of weapon systems. Education: Required: Bachelor’s in a STEM field. Preferred: Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science. Additional Information: 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off and hybrid work flexibility.
