Position Purpose
We are looking to add another veterinarian to our amazing team!
Our current two DVMs, Dr. Hutchison and Dr. Alldredge, are incredibly experienced doctors with interests in surgery and internal medicine. We provide full-service small animal care, ranging from comprehensive wellness exams to complex surgeries (gastronomy, enterotomy, and TPLO). We serve the Cave Creek / North Scottsdale communities are so excited to expand our impact on the community!
For all our doctors, we strive to offer flexible scheduling and emphasize work-life balance. A typical day starts at 8-8:30 AM and last until about 5 PM. There are
no after hour or emergency responsibilities
and each DVM works only one Saturday per month. A new doctor's workload would come from both new and existing clientele who are equally as excited to welcome you to our team. We are fortunate to part of an affluent community that are readily able to provide our recommended care to their pets.
We welcome DVM of all experience levels to apply! For new graduates, our in-depth mentorship program will ensure that you have the confidence you need to build your future longtime client base. Our practice will serve as a great opportunity for any veterinarian to practice their best medicine in a collaborative environment with true medical autonomy.

Essential Responsibilities
Examine and treat companion animals to detect and determine the nature of disease or injuries.Operate diagnostic equipment and collect diagnostic samples as well as interpret results.Advise pet owners on preventative care and treatment options.Perform surgery and prescribe medication as needed.Provide counsel around pet end of life care.Maintain patients' medical records.Ensures compliance with veterinary ethics and relevant statues, policies, and procedures.Requirements/Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an accredited AVMA institution.Appropriate state licensure.Eligibility to obtain DEA/BNDD.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrates professional and courteous presentation consistently with staff and clients.Ability to lift patients and carry equipment up to 25 pounds; ability to lift patients or carry equipment over 25 pounds with assistance.Benefits Offered
