We are currently seeking candidates to service in the following areas:

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in Patient Assessments and Care Planning:
Support the physical therapist by performing evaluations, developing individualized rehabilitation plans, and conducting periodic re-evaluations.Implement Therapeutic Exercises and Interventions: Deliver
prescribed exercises and therapies aligned with the patient's care plan to aid in physical development and recovery.Educate Families on Exercise Programs:
Teach patients and caregivers how to safely continue therapeutic exercises at home, promoting long-term progress.Monitor and Document Patient Progress:
Maintain accurate records of each session's activities, observations, and outcomes in a timely manner, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.Support Safe Use of Assistive Devices:
Instruct patients on using assistive devices, like walkers and canes, to foster greater independence and safety.Collaborate on Care Strategies:
Join case conferences and team meetings to discuss patient progress, share insights, and optimize care plans.Participate in Professional Development:
Engage in in-service training and other therapy programs to stay updated on best practices and therapy techniques.Coordinate Weekly Scheduling:
Confirm and maintain organized patient visit schedules with the Area Support Managers to provide timely and consistent care.Highlighted Benefits :

Qualifications:
Education:
Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.Licensure:
Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in Texas.Experience:
Previous experience in a pediatric, clinical, or home health setting preferred.
