Unmatched Culture!Job DetailsWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Manufacturing Operations to join our team. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will be responsible for managing all aspects of manufacturing operations and warehousing to ensure that the company's strategic objectives and operational plans are met. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in engineering and manufacturing, with a proven record of implementing continuous improvement and cost reduction strategies. Responsibilities:1. Oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring that products are manufactured to high quality standards, on schedule, and within budget.2. Develop and implement effective in-sourcing strategies to bring more areas of manufacturing domestic.3. Lead and manage a team of manufacturing and operations staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.4. Utilize Warehouse Management, Kaizen, DMAIC, and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize manufacturing processes and operations.5. Collaborate with other departments such as Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment of manufacturing operations with company objectives.6. Manage all aspects of the machining and receiving operations, ensuring that all activities are carried out in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.7. Ensure that all manufacturing equipment and facilities are maintained in good working order, and that all necessary safety measures are in place.Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field is highly preferred.2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a management role.3. Must have experience providing leadership within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.4. Must be Mechanically inclined - Having a Degree in Engineering and/or a hands-on Engineering background is a key such as Machining, Fabricating, Assembly, etc. 5. Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Operations such as - Warehousing, Shipping Operations, Supply Chain, Fabricating, Assembly, Packaging, etc.Interested in hearing more?
