Department Specific Job Functions: - Assess IV sites every 4 hours. - Start new IVs per policy. - Maintain documentation standards as demonstrated by passing quarterly chart audits. - Attend at least 5 out of 6 staff meetings per year. - Identify changes in patient status and respond appropriately.
