Full Time Associate Dentist needed in Wilmington and Bear, DE (OWENRSHIP Opportunity) This state of the art, private practice, is looking for an associate dentist. With offices located in both Wilmington and Bear, Delaware, the ideal associate would be working between both offices, 4 days a week. The owner is seeking someone who is interested in a buyout within the next 5 years as they transition out of the practice. The requirements for this position are; Active D.M.D. or D.D.S. license in Delaware, 1+ years of clinical experience OR have completed an AEGD or GPR advanced training program. This office, located just south of New Jersey is home to an established patient base, an excellent support team, and great community rapport. About the office; Modern Technology (Digital, Scanner) 50% FFS || 50% Medicaid Mostly Adult Patient Base (Ages 10+) 12 Operatories between both locations Serving the community for nearly 20 years! Compensation; 35% collections from initial date of employment Schedule (4 days/week); Monday 8:00am-5:00pm Tuesday 8:00am-5:00pm Wednesday 8:00am-5:00pm Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm Friday 8:00am-4:00pm NO WEEKENDS!
