Explain how you prioritize and resolve scheduling conflicts to keep the executive's day optimized. Meeting Coordination and Follow-ups : Describe your experience arranging virtual meetings and ensuring all participants have the necessary materials. Highlight any processes you've developed to track meeting follow-ups, ensuring action items are completed. Travel Arrangements and Expense Management : Detail your experience with global travel planning, ideally with an agency (if relevant, mention familiarity with systems like SAP or BCD Travel). Emphasize how you manage expense reports, reimbursements, and ensure adherence to budget or policy guidelines. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication : Provide examples of acting as the primary contact point, maintaining professionalism with both internal and external contacts.
