This is a field position, primarily customer facing and works with the Branded Sales Team to ensure that customers are completely satisfied with SC Fuels.Routinely consult and counsel with existing customers on business practices, operations, and brand standardsNegotiate and execute contract renewals with existing customersProject Management to rebrand sites once supply agreements have been executedManage all aspects of dealer changesReview and manage brand mystery shop programs to ensure all sites are high performingCommunicate marketing programs and promotionsMonitor and manage contract complianceMaintain a high level of relevant general knowledge in order to connect with customersNetwork with colleagues, suppliers, and vendors to learn and share best practicesMaintain relevant data on prospects and customers in CRMUse problem solving skills to address issues and resolve in a timely mannerWork with Branded Wholesale Team to address potential problems and ensure a great experience for all customersAssist in resolving consumer complaints when requiredProvide feedback to company management on ways to enhance operations, and improve company brand and reputationProvide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offeringsAll other duties as assigned and/or requiredQualifications3-5 years of relevant industry sales, and/or customer service experienceWholesale distribution or Franchising experience preferred A college degree or equivalent experience and demonstrated success in account managementAbility to travel within assigned region using own transportation about 75% of time (travel expenses/mileage covered)Good driving recordAbility to lift boxes/equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Additional InformationWeekly payMedical, dental, vision, life401K matchCompany paid holidays/PTO
