Job Description
As an Account Manager on the Sales and Marketing team, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our clients. This includes being proactive, finding solutions, and collaborating with team members to achieve the best results. You will also need to become an expert in our ALIS software to effectively match clients with the right features for their communities. This role is ideal for someone who naturally excels at client engagement.
Job Responsibilities:Learn the ALIS software to help clients troubleshoot issues and consult on best practices.Build relationships with current clients, including traveling to client sites.Provide opportunities for clients to subscribe to additional products and services through cross-sell and upsell motions.Learn the Medtelligent approach and process for managing clients and building relationships.Proactively perform client outreach.Provide support to internal teams for managing client needs.Provide additional ALIS training support as needed.Learn other Medtelligent products (ALISPay, ALIS Connect, etc.) to support client needs.Participate in cross departmental collaboration to create and optimize company processes related to client services.Qualifications

You have a history of building long term healthy relationships with people and clients.
• Organized and Detail Oriented:
You take clear notes and organize them in a way that you can track for long periods of time.
• Professional:
You dress and act professionally and appropriately for the setting - conferences, client meetings with C-Level executives.
• Good communicator:
You like talking to people and are an extrovert - you communicate clearly and have good natural rapport with people.
• Patient:
You do not get frustrated with people that are less knowledgeable or tech savvy than yourself.
• Good judgment:
You make the right calls under pressure and ALWAYS prioritize the clients' needs.
• Adaptable and flexible:
You don't freak out if plans change or meetings get moved.
• Solution oriented:
You take ownership to actually solve problems instead of just reporting all of the issues. We have a value of extreme ownership at Medtelligent - this skill is non-negotiable for the account manager position, meaning everything that comes through you must be handled and seen to conclusion as your own issue even if it involves others.
• Always find a way to say yes:
If you like saying no to anything at all this position is not a good fit for you. This also includes saying "unfortunately not" "I don't think so" and other variations - we want to find a way to give clients what they want!
• Technologically savvy:
You like to help others troubleshoot technology and hardware issues and you have an interest in new technologies and data. We do software releases every 6 weeks which means there is always cool stuff to tell clients about!
