They are known for maintaining long-term relationships with clients.DescriptionOversee all site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and timelines.Coordinate subcontractors and materials, ensuring smooth workflow.Monitor project progress, conduct regular site inspections, and manage any issues that arise.Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members.Assist with estimating when necessary (preferred but not mandatory).ProfileAn experienced superintendent with strong leadership and communication skills, who has managed ground-up multi-family, commercial, retail, or office projects. OSHA 30 and NYC DOB license are required.
