Part Time Production Assistant

Northside Jacksonville Location: First Shift; 8am - 12pm (noon) 20 hours per week. Responsibilities:•Accurately assignand enter employee hours worked to the corresponding work orders in the system.•Maintain the work ordertracking system, ensuring data is up-to-date daily.•Review and adjustentries for discrepancies or changes in schedules or work orders.•Generate reportsbased on employee hours, work orders, and productivity metrics as requested bysupervisors or management.•Collaborate withsupervisors and managers to ensure accurate data entry and to resolve anyinconsistencies in work order assignments.•Ensure all data iscompliant with company standards and procedures for accuracy and reporting.Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed related to production tracking and reporting About Aerotek:We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
