What You'll Do: Direct and participate in preventative, proactive, and reactive maintenance using skilled trades to ensure building systems are fully functional. Oversees grounds, landscaping, and property infrastructure, ensuring a safe, attractive environment and managing maintenance operations. Manages renovations, construction projects, and equipment/system upgrades, including evaluating building utilities, determining needs for capital funding, and ensuring compliance with codes and installation practices. Acts as liaison between the client, regulatory agencies, and authorities, ensuring building code compliance and safety standards. Leads and develops Facilities Department staff, including tradespersons, managers, and supervisors, while monitoring work quality and performance to meet facility standards. Prepares and manages departmental budgets, including energy-saving initiatives, and ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. What You Bring: Proven leadership experience in Facilities Management, with demonstrated results and accomplishments. Bachelor's degree or 5 years of management experience in a facilities role. Proficient in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), with Maximo experience preferred. In-depth knowledge and experience in industrial safety systems and programs. Track record of successfully managing maintenance operations, ensuring compliance, and improving efficiency.
