The Application Support Engineer is a seasoned individual who will join the customer support team to provide application support for state-of-the-art healthcare applications. The ideal candidate will have experience providing customer facing support for enterprise SaaS solutions with a drive to challenge their abilities and to develop deep product expertise. This job can be hybrid or remote and will pay between $60 to $80 dollars per hour. At this point, we are not able to use subcontractors for this roleRequirements5-7+ years of experience supporting a mission critical multi-tiered enterprise Application within the healthcare space, specifically healthcare SaaSExperience working in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of meeting speed/quality expectations laid out in a client service level agreement (SLA)Ability to write and debug SQL queries - nearly proficientExpertise in LinuxExperience with web technologies, middleware such as WebLogic/WebSphereStrong knowledge of databases (preferably Oracle), understand schemas, database structuresHealth Care Payer exposure/experience is requiredProven track record of organizational skills by timely documenting in Salesforce and updating case records.
