ROLE SUMMARY:
Quanterix is looking for an innovative Chief Technology Officer (CTO) experienced in building new technologies in a lab environment. This key role demands a leader adept at pioneering new developments to drive growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:Lead a team to develop new technologiesDrive strategic growth
by establishing and nurturing partnerships with a diverse network of laboratories, creating pathways for the expansion and deployment of instruments into these facilities.Inspire and motivate to achieve ambitious business goals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Develop technology roadmap and platforms synergistic to existing ultra-sensitive SIMOA technologyRepresent the company at various technology meetings/conferencesTechnical advisor on inorganic opportunities
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
PhD in Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Molecular Biology or Biomedical engineeringLife Science tools industry experience15+ years of technical experience to include previous leadership rolesPeople Management experienceExperience shaping a Technology Roadmap, developing concepts and building to commercial productTrack record of innovative and impactful research
