Overall Objectives of PositionAs a Corporate Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and evaluating candidates for open positions. You'll oversee the entire recruitment process for your assigned requisitions, which includes sourcing, engaging candidates, assessing their fit for the role, managing the interview process, and successfully closing offers. Beyond filling positions, you'll contribute to the organization’s strategic objectives by building and nurturing partnerships with community organizations, and participating in hiring events, assisting with the professional development of PCI leaders regarding talent acquisition, and serving as a brand ambassador for the Tribe.

Primary Responsibilities of the Corporate RecruiterEnhances the Candidate and Hiring Leader Experience:
You'll lead recruitment efforts and manage the active candidate pool, ensuring a positive, consistent experience for candidates and satisfaction among internal stakeholders. Additionally, you’ll oversee the internal applicant and employee referral processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone involved.Builds Strong Business Relationships:
Acting as a consultant, you'll advise hiring leaders on market trends and competitive talent intelligence, leveraging your expertise to set clear expectations and foster strong relationships. You'll also collaborate closely with Human Resources, Brand & Marketing, and other teams within the organization.Develops and Manages Programs:
Supporting diversity hiring initiatives, you'll forge partnerships with internal departments and external job placement organizations. You’ll also represent the company at community hiring events, workforce development events, and general brand-awareness events to help achieve recruitment goals and establish long term partnerships with a consortium of organizations.Achieves Results:
You'll be measured by metrics such as cost per hire, time to fill, candidate quality and diversity, process adherence, and candidate/stakeholder satisfaction. Your work will support strategic hiring plans aligned with annual forecasts, business objectives, and overall talent strategy.Utilizes Tools and Resources for Success:
You'll leverage the latest technology, tools, and resources to execute search strategies, particularly in attracting passive talent. Additionally, you'll support the company’s employer branding strategies, including social media and digital platforms.Performs other duties as assigned by appropriate person.Day-to-day Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Must have a successful track record of at least five (5) years in specialized hiring within a consultative environment, with expertise in candidate assessment and screening. This experience must be recent and progressively responsible.Must be proficient with technology tools, digital platforms, and systems such as ATS and CRM.Must have three (3) years of recent experience sourcing with a Linkedin.com Recruiter Seat, paid resume databases, and other sourcing tools.Must also have three (3) years of recent experience with social media marketing campaigns, performance marketing and strong knowledge about local employment laws.Must have three (3) years of recent experience leading in-take discussions and creating onboarding plans for prospective hires.Must have an active SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty certification or obtain within six (6) months of start date.Skills Required
Must excel in building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring leaders, showcasing excellent client relationship skills.Prioritizes critical issues, provides constructive feedback, manages workflows, and demonstrates strong consulting, relationship management, and negotiation skills.Must be highly organized, able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines, manage projects, influence without authority, and drive results.Must have demonstrated success creating engaging and branded candidate communications.Absolute confidentiality, strong organizational skills and both attention to detail as well as ability to think strategically.Must have a working knowledge of computers, with the ability to work in a Windows environment with various software programs such as Word, Excel, etc.Ability to work in a high-performance, fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Adept at multi-tasking, have unquestionable integrity, with an uncompromising commitment to quality.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Must be people oriented and relate well to people from diverse backgrounds.Additional Requirements
Must successfully pass the required criminal and character background check.Must possess a valid state driver’s license and an insurable driving record according to Tribal insurance guidelines.Ability to travel and participate in required training, leadership development and other events.Ability to adequately and successfully perform all duties and responsibilities of this position.
