Cox Enterprises Internal Consulting team is committed to continuing to leverage external research and internal analysis to drive continuous improvement across Cox's businesses. Through teams of business improvement leadership and professionals, this Senior Lead Project Manager will serve a critical role, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful execution of complex projects.

Results-driven, action-oriented, and delivery focused PM. A project management professional who can manage multiple objectives, projects, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously. Has a proven ability to establish project plans and milestones for large, complex projects. Can also establish and manage success measurements that ensure optimal business outcomes and high stakeholder satisfaction.Domain expert with strong business acumen, who can develop and execute project plans that ensure successful enterprise program implementation. Can quickly understand the nature and interdependencies of the organization's divisions, departments, and functions to contribute to effective business strategies and tactics.Outcome-focused, strategic change enabler. A strategic thinker who creates strong, ongoing relationships with multiple stakeholders and end-user groups, becoming a trusted partner and influential advisor on change management issues, delivering strategic change plans that drive change adoption, employee experience, and sustainable outcomes for the business.Specific Responsibilities

Lead and manage large, complex enterprise projects requiring multiple workstreams and functional teams.Ensure project plans are appropriately integrated with other projects being led by the Enablement team and other projects, programs, and business as usual efforts in the business.Collaborate with executive stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, task assignments, dependencies and critical path, and risk mitigation strategies.Apply change management methodologies and tools in developing change strategies and tactics, including communications, stakeholder engagement, and training.Monitor project progress, track milestones, and proactively identify and address project risks and issues.Conduct regular project status meetings, provide project updates to stakeholders, and ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members.Measure and report on the effectiveness of change enablement strategies to drive adoption, sustainment and compliance with new processes, technology, and other initiatives executed.Facilitate project post-mortem evaluations to capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for process improvement.Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in project management, using it to inform project management strategies and drive continuous improvement, consistency, and efficiency across projects.Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience in program or project management for enterprise-level programs or projects. Candidate could have an MS degree with 5+ years of experience, Ph.D. with 3+ years of experience, or 12+ years in lieu of a degree.Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification strongly preferred.Experience leading cross-functional work teams and influencing outcomes through indirect people leadership.Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering them on time and within budget.Advanced project management skills and proficiency in related methodologies, tools, and software, including change management frameworks.Proven ability to influence and gain buy-in from senior executives and key stakeholders through compelling communication and relationship-building skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Experience managing projects using Scrum or other Agile frameworks.Experience in mediating conflicts and negotiating solutions with internal and external partners to ensure project success.Ability to mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

USD 117,300.00 - 195,500.00 per year

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $117,300.00 - $195,500.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
