Job Description
An Insight Global client is looking for a Lead React Developer to join their team to help with the digital transformation. This organization is standardizing the development stack across 7 web and 7 mobile applications to make it easier to maintain and scale. The Lead Developer will oversee a web development focused pod of 3rd party resources to include 5 developers, 2 QAs, 1 product owner, and a scrum master. This will be a primarily hands off role and will be responsible for performing code reviews to ensure code quality for optimal performance, maintainability, and scalability.
$70/hr to $75/hr. - Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
- 5 years of react development experience
o Previous experience conducting code reviews to ensure code quality and increase code efficiency
- Strong JavaScript or typescript coding experience
- Experience in various testing and experimentation strategies with app development.
- Experience working with offshore teams
- Experience in various testing and experimentation strategies with website development.
- Proficient in consuming REST API services. null
