Job Overview:The Mobile Site Manager will be tasked with the management of several service sites across a specific region, aiming to maintain smooth operations, high levels of customer fulfillment, and compliance with safety standards. This role requires significant travel, as you will be assigned to various sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities: Safety and Compliance:Establish and oversee the implementation of safety practices and protocols. Ensure compliance with Vestas's organizational standards and safety regulations. Operational Effectiveness:Cultivate a culture of safety, structure, and continuous improvement. Communicate change management effectively to stakeholders. Team Leadership:Lead and develop a team of Service Technicians. Ensure team members are compliant with safety training and certifications. Foster internal and external partnerships. Customer Relations:Interface with customers, address inquiries, and collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues. Ensure all contractual obligations are met. Financial Management:Manage site budgets, cost allocations, and operational revenues. Input and ensure accurate data in systems like Salesforce and SAP. Continuous Improvement:Develop and deliver continuous improvement plans. Implement LEAN practices at the site. Technical Assistance:Provide technical support to Service Technicians for troubleshooting and resolving issues. Ensure team adherence to work instructions and propose improvements.

Travel Requirements:This is a 100% travel position. You may be assigned to any service site within your designated region and occasionally to sites in other regions based on business needs.

Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience. Valid driver's license required; ability to obtain a passport preferred. Experience in P&L management. Experience managing safety programs. Advanced computer operation and internet-based program navigation skills. Commitment to Vestas' core values of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl as needed, as well as hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to climb stairs & vertical ladders to heights of 60 to 100 meters and at times supervise work in confined space environments. Ability to lift, push, pull, carry items up to, but not more than 50 lbs. in weight. Ability to observe training and obtain certification in required safety programs that include LOTO, Electrical, Fall Arrest & High Angle Emergency Decent, and Confined Space. Ability to successfully participate in all training courses, including controlled decent practical exercises. Due to safety parameters of fall protection equipment, the total weight of required PPE and gear shall weigh 300 lbs or less while being worn. Required PPE and gear can weigh up to 40 lbs.
