A 24x7 Security Operations Center (SOC) program supporting the Federal Government provides continuous monitoring, threat detection, and incident response to protect critical systems and data. This program is essential to ensuring uninterrupted support for the mission and security of the customer. Our team focuses on enhancing the SOC's security posture, implementing advanced analytics, and leveraging threat intelligence to anticipate and counter evolving cyber threats. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, prioritizing proactive defense measures, and responding swiftly to incidents, all in alignment with the highest standards of federal cybersecurity. The Program Manager for the 24x7 Federal Government SOC program oversees all aspects of operations, ensuring alignment with the customer's mission and security objectives. This role is responsible for managing resources, coordinating with key stakeholders, and driving continuous improvements to the SOC's capabilities. The Program Manager is crucial in adapting strategies to counter evolving threats, ensuring seamless response to incidents, and fostering a high-performance team culture that prioritizes proactive security measures and mission success.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* The Contractor will provide a Program Manager authorized to make staffing and operational decisions, plan and manage tasks, and allocate resources to fulfill the program objectives. This includes: * Receiving tasking from the customer * Clarifying the scope of work with the customer * Developing and maintaining project plans to track key initiatives within the Program. * Estimating required resources and time for task completion. * Securing approval to initiate work. * Delegating tasks to contractor personnel. * Addressing all technical and managerial issues related to project execution. * Reporting on work progress and resource utilization. * Communicating risks to deadlines and operational service gaps. * Obtaining sign-off on completed deliverables. * Using SLAs to ensure service performance and availability.QUALIFICATIONS
Required Certification
The Program Manager shall possess and maintain one or more of the following technical certifications or equivalent: * Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) * Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (ISSAP) * Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) * Certified Information System Manager (CISM) * Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) * GIAC Security Leadership Certification (GSLC) * EC-Council Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO) * Cisco Certified Architect * Cisco Certified Design Expert * Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) Security * ITIL Master * ITIL Strategic Leader (SL)Education, Background, and Years of Experience

Environmental Conditions
* Contractor site with 10%-20% travel possible. Possible off-hours work to support incidents and outages. General office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are not hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
