Our innovative tools streamline communications, invoicing, and ordering to increase efficiency and service quality, delivering proven results in driving sales and reducing costs for our partners.About the Role:As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will develop compelling, targeted content for B2B audiences, ensuring messaging is clear, persuasive, and aligned with the company’s brand objectives. You will lead copywriting initiatives, oversee B2B content strategy, and ensure all marketing materials drive lead generation and conversion for business customers.In this role, you will have oversight of:B2B Marketing Strategy:Develop and execute B2B-focused marketing campaigns to engage potential clients, nurture leads, and support sales objectives.Create messaging that resonates with business decision-makers, demonstrating an understanding of their challenges and presenting your company's solutions effectively.Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing content and sales collateral, including white papers, case studies, product brochures, and presentations.Content Strategy & Development:Lead the development of content strategies tailored for B2B audiences, aligning with overall marketing and sales goals.Produce and oversee high-quality, short and long-form content such as blogs, thought leadership articles, and product descriptions that establish the company as a trusted industry authority.Supports product and sales teams by ensuring all external communications align with the brand’s voice and drives business outcomes such as lead generation, conversions, and client retention.Ensure all copy clearly communicates the value proposition and is optimized to convert leads into customers.Capable of providing guidance and mentorship to junior writers, ensuring consistency in messaging and quality across all content.Campaign Management:Plan, manage, and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms (email, digital ads, social media, events, webinars).Partner with cross-functional teams (product, sales, and design) to ensure campaigns are promoted and executed effectively and in alignment with business goals.Analyze campaign performance, and leverage data insights to optimize content and improve ROI.Brand Stewardship:Act as a key custodian of the company’s brand voice in all external communications, ensuring consistency and professionalism.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, particularly in B2B marketing and content strategies.Project Management:Manage multiple B2B-focused projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business objectives.Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, or vendors when needed to support larger campaigns or overflow work.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, a related field, or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on copywriting, preferably in a managerial or senior role.Proven experience in creating effective B2B marketing strategies and content that drive lead generation and support sales efforts.Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, with a portfolio demonstrating B2B content such as white papers, case studies, blogs, and sales collateral.Strong project management skills and the ability to lead complex campaigns from concept to execution.Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms used in B2B environments (e.g., CRM tools, email marketing software, and content management systems).Strategic thinker with an ability to craft tailored messaging that addresses business pain points and delivers solutions.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with SEO strategies and content optimization for B2B audiences.Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and experience with lead nurturing strategies.Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys and the ability to craft content for different stages of the sales funnel.BenefitsAt Tactiq, we believe in creating a work environment where everyone is welcome to be themselves.
