Site Management; Nellis AFB Provide Readiness and Emergency Services Support to the Air Force Civil Engineer community through technical information and standardized methodology, enabling civil engineers worldwide to execute their expeditionary combat support and emergency services missions safely, effectively, and efficiently. Located at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida Duties and Responsibilities Provide management of equipment/vehicles at designated training sites.

Shall perform pre-operational checks in accordance with AFMAN 91-203, AFI 24-301, AF Form 1800, AF Form 332, and the appropriate manufactures operator's manual or instructions.

Coordinate required equipment/vehicle maintenance with the appropriate entity.

Inspect equipment/vehicles to ensure they are in good working order prior to signing them out to customers.

Inspect equipment/vehicles for damage and document any operational issues when signing equipment/vehicles in after each use.

Manage the upkeep of facilities at the designated training sites to meet health and safety standards in accordance with AFMAN 91-203 and AFI 32-9002 and shall coordinate onsite bed-down spaces for customers requiring overnight accommodations as required.

Coordinate with local vehicle maintenance and facility management team organizations to ensure all equipment and facilities are operational.

Maintain access and keys to the appropriate vehicles, equipment, and facilities based at location for the specific required training.

Provide units with access to the units during their in processing and reconstitute equipment and vehicles after training is completed.

Collect developed exit survey and provide the Master Scheduler the results from the exit survey.

Be flexible to travel to other CONUS and OCONUS contingency training sites.

Coordinate with AFCEC/CXX to identify all equipment, vehicles, and facilities sustainment issues to identify material replenishment ordering as well as cost required for any equipment and facilities sustainment costs.

Be proficient with the US Air Force expeditionary equipment and facilities to properly assess the equipment sustainment requirements.

Inventory all equipment prior to and after each training event.

Have at a minimum host 12 training events annually.

Qualifications Must have minimum of a high school diploma.

Shall have at least three (3) years' experience managing equipment and/or facilities.

Must have experience and knowledge in Air Force processes and procedures for documenting and scheduling vehicle, equipment, and facility maintenance.

Must be adept in Microsoft Office products.

Experience in 2T1 or 3E0-3E6 AFSCs is highly desired.
