Where Outdoor Living Comes to Life!Location:

This position can be located at our Corporate Office in Covington, LA or Clearwater, FL. This position may also be located in Houston, TX.Pay:

$65,000 - $75,000 annually plus annual bonus incentive.Job Summary:The International Logistics Analyst will act as a key resource, leveraging exceptional analytical skills and expertise in domestic and international transportation management and trade operations. This position involves proactively identifying issues and implementing solutions to deliver high-quality service to all customers while optimizing cost efficiency.Responsibilities:Analyzes alternatives to establish the best routes and costs to serve customers both internally and externally.

Ensures timelines and accuracy of all import and export shipments.

Identifies problems and provides possible solutions.

Oversees vendor partnerships with international carriers, negotiates freight forwarder contracts, manages pricing strategies, resolves issues, and maintains ongoing relationships.

Monitors 3PL activities and performance levels to ensure customers' expectations are met or exceeded.

Monitors promptness of documentation entry into appropriate databases, distributes and compiles reports from various systems and sources, and validates accuracy of input.

Monitors and addresses discrepancies identified in the freight payment audit platform.

Maintains system accuracy and processes corrective actions as required.

Gathers information about operations to measure effectiveness, improve processes, resolve problems, and optimize operational expenses and customer service levels.

Prepares detailed reports and presents findings to support decision making.

Provides expertise forthe Global import/export functions, including trade and security regulatory compliance (Duty Drawback, C-TPAT, and NAFTA).

Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and company's policies.

Monitors and reports KPIs.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or a related field.

Minimum 5-year experience in a similar role, such as import/export logistics, transportation, or customer service.

Experience coordinating complex logistics projects while successfully meeting budget and schedule constraints and project objectives.

Demonstrated understanding of accounting and finance to analyze costs and benefits of a strategy, project, or initiative.

Experience in selecting, implementing, and managing 3PL and 4PL suppliers.

Strong negotiation skills.

Expert knowledge of Import/Export Compliance and Security Regulations as applicable to a logistics operation including Duty Drawback, NAFTA, etc.

Knowledge of warehouse processes, shipping, receiving and system interfaces.

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Excellent MSFT Office suite skills (advanced excel skills required).

Bilingual in English and another language like Spanish and French, can be advantageous.

Travel about 10% of the time to Louisiana and/or Florida.
