GENAD/WPS Program Analyst***This position requires an active Secret clearance.***Provide support the WPS Program Manager design, development, implementation, and assessment of a GENAD / WPS program for USCENTCOM.Compensation & Benefits:Pay commensurate with experience.Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.GENAD/WPS Program Analyst Responsibilities Include:Provide support to the government GENAD/WPS Program Manager to develop and refine existing or prospective processes and procedures to support advancement of the higher headquarters directives, Commander's objectives and USCENTCOM's campaign end statesAssist in the forecast, development and execution of events and activities that directly support or advance CENTCOM Campaign Plans, Security Cooperation Country Plans, or U.S. interest in the Middle EastServe on operational planning teams or participate in working groups for a specific planning effort, normally associated with a country, region or functionAttend weekly meetings, review data, conduct historical data search, and provide USCENTCOM J5 feedback and product inputs for briefing materialsProvide program and analysis subject matter expertise for Presidential Executive Order 13595, UNSCR 1325, CCR 525-45, and related resolutions and inclusion of the gender perspective into CENTCOM operations, activities and investmentsServe as the primary assistant to the functional WPS program manager; assesses and advises on future WPS developments or initiativesSupport, inform and provide timely subject matter expert advice to the Headquarter's GENAD/WPS program manager on issues affecting the Command Group, HQ staff, and ComponentsSupport and coordinate the integration of the gender perspective as a crosscutting function throughout the staff organization, and proactively contributes to the development of staff procedures in the CCMD HQProvide support for the Gender Advising (GENAD) tasks and Women, Peace & Security (WPS) integration initiatives within the USCENTCOM AOR, whether implemented within or through the headquarters or its subordinate commandsHelp support the creation, coordination, and implementation of policy and strategy for WPS initiatives, GENAD activities, and prevention of conflict-related sexual and gender-based violence CR-SGBV) in USCENTCOM's AORSupport the development of the WPS framework to facilitate the Command's mission in order to advance the objectives of Presidential Executive Order 13595 (U.S. National Action Plan on Women, Peace, and Security), CCR 525-45, and subsequent implementation plansHelp develop and coordinate CENTCOM WPS/GENAD initiatives into the CENTCOM planning efforts; support mission planning for ongoing, emergent, contingency, or crisis eventsAssist with the collaboration of WPS/GENAD planning efforts with the Joint Staff, Interagency, Department of State, and other Combatant Commands to assist the government in de-conflicting planning and executionSupport operational assessments and reports to capture lessons learned and best practices to report the details and status of WPS initiativesSupport the review and analysis of USG interagency issues regarding WPS initiatives and support WPS/GENAD briefings to senior leaders or policy officials on the relevance/impact to USCENTCOMAid in the development of a WPS/GENAD Concept of Operations (CONOP), a WPS National Action Plan and a DOD Implementation Guide for WPSAssist in WPS outreach activities and conferences that integrate U.S., Middle Eastern, and intergovernmental and non-governmental organization partnersAssist in developing GENAD training modules for USCENTCOM and Component Commands to facilitate the integration of gender mainstreaming initiatives within partner nations activities, to include operations, exercises, security force assistance, and engagementsAssist in developing and coordinating a USCENTCOM WPS/GENAD working groupPrepare working group minutes, issue papers, briefings and agenda items. Track action items generated as a result of the working group actionsPerforms other job-related duties as assigned

GENAD/WPS Program Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university in a discipline applicable to the effortsMinimum of 3 years of practical experience: preferably within the Military or DoD settingA demonstrated knowledge of DOD; and proven skills as a mid-senior level professional on a multi-disciplinary team is requiredExcellent communication skills; both oral and writtenAbility to perform analysis, gather and disseminate information and communicate problems and results for federal facilities, preferably within a DoD settingExcellent problem solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks is requiredActive Secret Security ClearanceMust pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
